Can I customize Quick-Ship Collections?
Absolutely! The idea behind Quick-Ship is to make certain products in quantity, exactly as they are pictured. Therefore we offer them at better price points than custom bedding, but still with a custom bedding look. And we can ship them to you quickly. However, if you’d like to make changes to some pieces, you may. Simply refer to custom pricing in MVT’s wholesale price list (available only to qualified accounts).

May I order pieces from the Quick-Ship Collections and then customize some other pieces?
Yes! Each piece of Mystic Valley Traders product is sold individually, so you can group our decorative accessories however you wish. In this case, you will retain Quick-Ship pricing for Quick-Ship pieces and refer to custom pricing for custom pieces.

Do you do COM?
We’re sorry but we do not do COM. Mystic Valley Traders does offer over 130 designer quality fabrics and trims to choose from, however, and we can create anything for you from within our fabric portfolio. We do sell our fabric in full yard increments for you to coordinate window treatments and upholstery for any room.

Can I order just one piece?
Yes! Whether from our Custom Collections or our Quick-Ship Collections, each piece of Mystic Valley Traders product is sold individually. You can order one neckroll or a full bedding ensemble of 16 components. Mystic Valley Traders is ideal for gift accessorizing too. Two decorative pillows here or a fabric throw there are great ways to introduce the beauty of MVT to any home.

How often are new Collections introduced?
New Collections – both Quick-Ship and Custom – are introduced at least twice a year to keep our product line fresh and exciting. We present new Collections in our High Point showroom (IHFC Hamilton 213) at the spring and fall furniture markets. Starting in 2004, look for additional Collection premieres throughout the year as we expand our repertoire of How To Make A Bed.

Is product returnable?
It’s important to us that you are pleased with your Mystic Valley Traders purchase. That’s why we implement high standards of quality control and customer service throughout the pricing, ordering, manufacturing and shipping process. If you are dissatisfied with a product because of our error, please let us know immediately. Contact us by email or phone us at 800-922-0660 with your concerns, and we will correct the problem quickly. Mystic Valley Traders will accept returns on Quick-Ship Collections only when the following criteria is followed:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of shipping
• Product must be in re-saleable condition
• You must secure a Return Authorization from Mystic Valley Traders before returning product. Unauthorized returns will be refused
• There is a 25% re-stocking fee on all Quick-Ship product.

All custom pieces are created per customer specifications and cannot be returned. Mystic Valley Traders reserves the right to decline a return credit for any reason.

Can you drop ship?
Absolutely! Mystic Valley Trader is happy to ship directly to your retail customer, saving you the burden of receiving and re-shipping goods. Retailers and interior design studios love Mystic Valley Traders because we allow them to sell high quality soft furnishings without having to stock inventory. There is a drop ship fee of $7 per order, per address.

Can I order fabrics? Trims?
Yes! Mystic Valley Traders is a great resource for fabrics and trims. We stock everything used in creating our Collections in our Boston-area manufacturing facility, so it’s readily available to you. All fabrics and trims are available in full yard increments for use in upholstery and window treatments. We take care to ship all yardage within the same dye lot per order.

Can you make anything with your fabrics?
Most likely! Our talented craftspeople have over 450 collective years of experience in cutting, sewing and finishing. Special order requests are happily received. Contact us by email or phone us at 800-922-0660 to discuss and price your special order.

What is a pillow tuck?
Typical bedcoverings of the past were made to be spread over the pillows and tuck them in, a’ la June Cleaver. This is a pillow tuck. Mystic Valley Traders Collections feature a wonderful array of decorative shams and pillows that you will want to display as part of your bedscape, so we do not incorporate pillow tucks into our coverlet and duvet designs. If a streamlined, pillow tuck-ed bedding ensemble is what you desire, however, talk to us. We’ll be glad to customize your order to your specifications.

Do you custom size polyfills?
Yes! We are happy to create custom-size or -shaped duvet polyfills by special order.
