Mystic Valley Traders accounts utilized within the past 18 months are considered ‘active.’ Active accounts are entitled to receive informational updates on new Collections, product lines and customer services. To check the status of your Mystic Valley Traders account, please contact our credit department at

Trade accounts are welcome to work with our knowledgeable and helpful team of Sales Representatives. Our Sales Reps are happy to call on you to personally assist with ordering procedures, maintaining your sales tools, and exciting product introductions. To request a visit from a Sales Rep in your area, please email us at sales@mvtbedding.com. Accounts enter ‘inactive’ status if no orders have been placed within the past 18 months. Credit terms must be re-established with inactive accounts before a new order can be processed.
